Larry began his real estate career March 15th 1968 with Russell Realty as a salesperson and on into management the same year. The next ten years were spent in management, residential sales, recruiting and training.

In 1978, Larry began formal real estate teaching in connection with Polaris Career Center. During his ten years with the center, he established and coordinated an off-site campus for Dyke College and Cleveland State University at Polaris Career Center. At this time, Larry was one of the first state certified real estate instructors by the State Board of Education in Ohio. During this ten-year period, he instructed approximately twenty thousand (20,000) students in real estate pre- and post-licensing education. During this period he also was in real estate management as well as consulting and training for other brokers. On occasion made ready, testing facilities for the Ohio Division of Real Estate in Cleveland.

In 1988, Larry was cofounder to a newly approved two-year business college, Realty Career Advancement, offering a two-year associates degree in applied business. During these four and one half years, Larry served as Business Manager as well as instructing all real estate related courses, maintaining one of the highest, if not the highest, passing ratios on the Ohio Real Estate Licensing Examinations.

Beginning 1993, Larry invested most of his time working to help improve the knowledge and skills of those in our industry, through conducting continuing education workshops, seminars, and consulting. During this time, he also maintained an active brokers license.

Larry continues to offer and instruct real estate continuing education course offerings as his own sponsor as well as through boards of realtors in northern Ohio. Students include salespeople, brokers, managers, appraisers, lenders, attorneys, insurance agents, and more. He also consults and trains other brokers and agents.

Most recent experience was with the Ohio Division of Real Estate in the writing and reviewing of the current state examination for real estate salespeople and brokers. Also, successful completion of Accredited Buyer Representation course offering. Application on file with Governors office for position with the Ohio Real Estate Commission.
